Eclavant Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Eclavant, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy starting from the date you receive your item.

Please ensure that all returned products are in new, unused, and resellable condition, with their original tags and packaging.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are included.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Eclavant reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or digital items


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at eclavantofc@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

⚠️ Please do not send any products back without prior authorization.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover all related shipping costs.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at eclavantofc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos showing the issue.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped.
Once processing or shipment begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
